ASSUMPTIONS
Plan dimensions are taken from Roof.pdf at 1:50. Heights are the owner's working figures, not survey data.
Windows into the stair room are assumed at 0.80 × 1.00 m with a 1.10 m sill, centred on each wall. The plan gives no window sizes.
Pergola layout follows the owner's mark-up of the roof plan. The motorised bioclimatic part covers the strip in front of the rooms, to about 0.8 m past the lower storeroom. The same system with fixed louvres covers the strip south of the lower storeroom and a further 1.5 m in front of it. Beyond that there is no pergola. The fixed louvres are shown at 45°, an assumption to agree with the supplier. Dimensions are scaled from the drawing, about ±10 cm.
Posts are reduced from 15 to 8. The wall-side beam sits on brackets fixed to the storerooms and spans the 2.04 m open front of the stair room. The outer beams then span up to about 4.6 m, which the supplier and the engineer must confirm.
Glazing layout follows the owner's mark-up of the roof plan: only the strip in front of the rooms is enclosed, from the north end of the upper storeroom to the plan's beam line at about 0.8 m past the lower storeroom. The fixed-louvre part stays open at the sides. Dimensions are scaled from the drawing, about ±10 cm.
Raised floor: inside the glazing, zone A and the stair-room landing are 3 cm above the rest of the terrace, so the bottom track sits flush with the floor inside. The storeroom floors are raised to the same level, which the model does not show.
Glazing is an option for discussion: double-glazed one-way sliding panels in RAL 7016 frames, on head and floor tracks, with a flashing strip between the storeroom walls and the pergola. One-way glass hides the inside only while it is brighter outside. At night with lights on inside, it works the other way round. Its permit status is still to be checked with the architect.
North is set from the north arrow on the roof plan of the N.4495/2017 declaration. The building axis and the arrow were measured on that sheet, to within about ±2°.
